Term 1-Team Level 1 & 2 Thursday (Town)

Service Description

This class is a combined group of our WAG Level 1 and Level 2 Team gymnasts. They train together but work on their own level-specific skills and routines. It’s the perfect introduction to competitive gymnastics, with a strong focus on building solid technique, form, strength, flexibility, and confidence. This structured, goal-driven environment is ideal for girls who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Level 1 and 2 gymnasts train 1–2 times per week for 2 hours and take part in club, district, and provincial competitions in the first half of the year.
