01 BILLING AUTHORISATION
Acro Angels Gymnastics by Maddie is a Gymnastics training school operating under the business license number 2024/122377/07 . VAT number is 4870262369. Acro Angels also proudly holds memberships with the South African Gymnastics Federation, and the Western Cape Gymnastics Association

02 CANCELLATION POLICY
One month's written notice is required.

If you do not give written notice in time, you will be billed as we will assume you are returning, hold your place and could turn other children away to maintain our specified group sizes.

Acro Angels Gymnastics by Maddie cannot guarantee your previous class will have an opening upon your return to our program.

03 ILLNESS, INJURY AND COVID-19
If your child needs to isolate due to COVID-19, or he/she suffers from a severe illness or injury, we may consent to "freeze" your account until he/she can return or has recovered, upon which time he/she may resume the classes that were missed. A doctor's certificate will be requested for this process to be activated.

04 MAKEUP POLICY
If you miss a class you may attend one make-up class per term. Our classes are full, and we don’t have the capacity to do more than one make-up lesson as a courtesy per term. There will be no refunds for classes missed. Please inform me 24hrs prior, if your child is going to miss a class.

The makeup will only be approved if the class has space and if it is the correct age-group for your child. No classes will be held on public holidays. If one of the classes falls on a public holiday, you may request a make-up on your choice of any day of the week, as long as it falls within the term in question, and it is an age-appropriate class.

05 PRO RATED FEES FOR FIRST TIME LATE ENROLMENTS
Tuition will be pro-rated for FIRST TIME NEW MEMBERS joining late in the cycle. Parents are however encouraged to register at the beginning of a term.

06 TRIAL CLASSES
Trial classes are R200 for a 45 min class and R240 for a 1 hr class. Proof of Payment must be received at least 24hrs prior to the trial lesson. Trial payments are NON-REFUNDABLE- which means if you can't make your booking date, you will NOT get your money back. You may however book an alternative trial date, without having to pay again.

07 PAYMENT POLICY
All registrations are first come first serve. The online registration process is not a guaranteed spot in class until I have received payment, and you have received confirmation in writing that you have been enrolled. Classes are available, space permitting. Acro Angels Gymnastics by Maddie has a "no pay-no play" policy, and tuition fees must be paid in order for your child to participate in a class.
