Follow the book now button to secure your date and pay the required deposit. We will still need to confirm numbers in attendance prior to the day of the birthday to ensure we have secured the required amount of coaches. You will need to settle the difference to secure your booking two weeks prior to the day of the party.

Please note that we schedule our instructors according to the number of children booked, 2 weeks in advance. For security reasons, all children going inside the Gym (including siblings) will be counted, as we need enough instructors to make the children's experience fabulous AND to keep them safe!

We have no minimum number for birthday parties. We limit our birthday parties to a maximum of 30 children for safety reasons, and children under the age of 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult inside the Gym at all times.

We require a non-refundable R 2000 deposit up-front to secure your booking, the balance is payable at least 2 weeks before the party. This also allows you time to finalize the number of children attending the Acro Angels Birthday Bash.
