Always wanted to flip, twist, and build strength like a gymnast? It’s never too late to start! Whether you’re brand new and starting from scratch, a former gymnast curious about what skills you can still do, or a yogi wanting to take your handstands and body control to the next level — this class is for you. We’ll work on tumbling progressions, core strength, flexibility, and foundational gymnastics skills in a supportive, go-at-your-own-pace environment.
