Rules and Regulations

NO PARENTS IN THE PRACTICE AREA

Due to safety reasons as well as in the interests of encouraging your child to develop independence, we do not allow spectators or parents inside the practice area. (Unless it is a parent and child class, only the Baby Bounce and Tumble Tots classes) We encourage you to drop and go for all children 3 yrs and up.

We do have an open-door policy at Acro Angels, but do not have the space in the gym to have too many parents watching at one time. There is a lovely outside terrace viewing area with tables and chairs where spectators can watch through the windows.

WATER BOTTLES WITH WATER ALLOWED - NOTHING ELSE

No food or drink will be permitted inside the practice area. Only water bottles with water.

WHAT TO WEAR

Students can wear a gymnastics leotard or comfortable clothing in which they can move freely (leggings or shorts, t-shirt or vests) Strictly NO dresses, denims or skirts

Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Students will enter the gym barefoot and leave shoes and socks in the cubby changing room. Jewellery should not be worn during classes.

Acro Angels will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.

Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP

Be sure your student arrives 5-10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. He/She can change in the cubby room or bathrooms, and wait on the lobby bench or on the outside terrace, students will not be allowed to enter the practice area before the start of their class.

Please pick up your student on time. Please inform me if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you must escort them from the building to your car.
