Service Description

Come explore the full spectrum of AcroYoga as you build, refine, and expand strong, stable foundational skills in basing, flying, and spotting—and yes, you’ll learn to fly! (Open to ages 13+) Working together in a supportive environment, we’ll cultivate trust, strength, stability, and flexibility, using accessible building blocks to create playful tricks and flowing sequences. This class offers a well-rounded introduction and exploration of the elements of AcroYoga. No partner or experience needed—just a willingness to play and connect. What to Expect: • Partner stretching & strength-building • Counterbalancing & supported inversions • AcroYoga foundations & acro skills • Confidence, connection & coordination Location: Acro Angels, Hout Bay (148 Empire Ave, Victoria Mall)
