Service Description

Our 45 minute beginner Mini Gym class is a fun-filled introduction to gymnastics for independent little movers (boys and girls) aged 3-5 years. Designed to build confidence, coordination, and foundational skills, this class encourages children to explore gymnastics in a safe and structured environment — all on their own! With the guidance of our experienced coaches, your child will practice basic tumbling, balance, and agility exercises on age-appropriate equipment. Each session includes exciting obstacle courses, skill-building stations, and games that spark creativity, enhance strength, and develop body awareness. Mini Gym is the perfect blend of learning and play, helping your child build independence, social skills, and a love for movement that will last a lifetime!
