Service Description

Level 1 is the first exciting step into the WAG competitive pathway and is designed for gymnasts who are ready to begin learning and performing official routines. At this level, girls focus on building strong foundational skills, developing confidence, improving technique, and learning the discipline and structure of team training. The Level 1 program provides a supportive and goal-driven environment where gymnasts begin their competitive journey while continuing to grow in strength, flexibility, coordination, and consistency across all apparatus. Level 1 gymnasts train 1–2 times per week and have the opportunity to participate in club, district, and provincial competitions as they progress through the season.
