Service Description

Our WAG Level 3 & 4 gymnasts practice up to 2 times per week for 2 hours each. Our Level 3 & 4 competitive girls will participate in club, district, and provincial competitions, which are generally held in the first half of the year. During the second half of the year, the focus shifts primarily to gymnastics strength and body conditioning, helping the gymnasts build a strong foundation. This phase is also dedicated to learning new skills in preparation for progressing to the next level.
