Ready to take flight? Our Adult & Teen Aerial Cirque class is a 1 hour full-body experience combining strength, flow, and fun — all suspended in the air! Using silk hammocks, you’ll learn to climb, invert, spin, and pose while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Whether you’re a total beginner or have some aerial experience, this class offers a supportive space to challenge yourself, express creatively, and experience the joy of movement in the air.
