Service Description

Celebrate your child’s special day with an exciting two-hour gymnastics party! The celebration begins in the gym, where our qualified instructors lead fun games, obstacle courses, and gymnastics activities to keep the kids engaged. After all the action, we move to the party picnic area to enjoy birthday cake and celebrate together. What We Provide: • A private space exclusively for you and your guests • Qualified instructors to lead the activities and ensure a fun experience • Set-up and clean-up so you can relax and enjoy the party • Acro Angels birthday medal for the birthday child • Optional Acro Angels leotard at a 20% discount for the birthday child (R520 long sleeve / R440 sleeveless) • Drinks for the children • Acro Angels-themed plates, cups, and balloons What You Provide: • Birthday cake • Snacks for children and parents • Party bags (if desired) • Drinks for parents (no alcohol permitted) • Any additional decorations if you want to personalize the space Party Time Slots: Saturdays: • 12:00 - 2:00 PM • 3:00 - 5:00 PM Sundays: • 12:00 - 2:00 PM • 3:00 - 5:00 PM Pricing: • 1 to 10 children: R3,000 • 1 to 15 children: R4,350 • 1 to 20 children: R5,600 • 1 to 25 children: R6,750 • Additional children (up to a maximum of 30): R250 per child For safety reasons, we limit parties to 30 children maximum. Any child under the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult inside the gym at all times. Booking & Payment Details: • A non-refundable R2,000 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks before the party date. • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Until then, your requested time slot remains available to other customers. • Instructor availability is finalized two weeks in advance based on the number of children attending. So we must have two weeks notice when you book a party. For safety reasons, all children entering the gym (including siblings) will be counted to ensure we have enough instructors to supervise the event.
