Get ready to FLY these school holidays with our AcroCollab Acro Yoga Workshops—a unique and powerful blend of movement, connection, strength and FUN!
In collaboration with the incredible Marissa Dana, these sessions are designed for 10–16 year olds to explore the foundations of AcroYoga through partner stretching, counterbalancing, supported inversions and acro skills that will challenge and inspire you.
Dates: March 31 & April 4
Time: 4–5:30pm
Cost: R280 per class
