Students should wear a gymnastics leotard or comfortable, flexible clothing like leggings, shorts, t-shirts, or vests—strictly no dresses, denim, or skirts. Hair must be tied back securely, and large bows or hair accessories should be avoided. Gymnasts will practice barefoot, leaving shoes, socks, and other personal items in the cubby room. Jewelry is not allowed during classes, and Acro Angels is not responsible for lost or stolen items—please label everything. While leotards are not required, they are available for purchase in our Shop for anyone interested!

Both our recreational and team programs follow a termly billing schedule. Fees must be paid before the start of the term to reserve your spot in the class, as registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The price listed in the customer portal reflects the termly cost for one class per week.

Yes, we offer one make-up class per term as a courtesy if your child misses a class. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if your child will be absent. Make-ups are subject to availability, must be within the correct age group, and cannot exceed one per term due to capacity limits. No refunds are provided for missed classes.

Due to safety reasons, as well as in the interests of encouraging your child to develop independence, we do not allow spectators or parents inside the practice area. (Unless it is a parent and child class, only the Baby Bounce and Tumble Tots classes) We encourage you to drop and go for all children 3 yrs and up. We do have an open-door policy at Acro Angels, but do not have the space in the gym to have too many parents watching at one time. There is a lovely outside terrace viewing area with tables and chairs where spectators can watch through the windows. We strive to keep the lobby as clear as possible, reserving the ability to stay for those who have gymnasts who struggle with separating under the age of 5. We will host designated watch days at the end of each term, giving you the opportunity to observe your child and celebrate their progress and skills.

While we’re sad to see you go, we understand that schedules can change. If you won’t be signing up for the next term, we kindly ask for one month’s written notice. Acro Angels Gymnastics cannot guarantee your previous class will have an opening upon your return to our program. Please note that once a class is booked, we do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend or if your child decides not to continue with the class.

Discounts: Acro Angels Policies and Discounts: • Second Class Discount: If you’d like to attend a second class per week, you’ll receive 20% off the second class fee. • Discount Rules: Only one discount applies. The maximum discount is 20%, even if siblings are attending multiple classes. For example, if two siblings are each taking two classes per week, the second class discount of 20% applies but does not stack with the sibling discount. • Mid-Term Sign-Ups: First-time mid-term sign-ups will have fees prorated. Returning members must register at the start of the term.
